Processing explanation

Dry and crystallize of amorphous CO-PBT and CO-PET Pellets to 500ppm

Process temperature 80 °C to 135 °C

Cooling the pellets to 40°C ( Re-cooling the pellets to avoid the pellets re-moistured )

Infrared rotary dryer is designed with sophisticated temperature measurement. The material and exhaust air temperature are continuously monitored by sensors. If there is any deviations,PLC system will adjust automatically

There are flexible 5 zone heating control

Adopt drum rotation will make sure the constant movement of the raw material to avoid clumping/sticking and dry evenly

Within 15mins to get the moisture 500ppm or less ( Depends on customer’s requirement )

To get the crystallization level at 20%-30% of the pellets without lumping/sticking
